Les Roches, nestling in the heart of the countryside, is an old stone farmhouse, formerly known as Les Marronniers, which has been lovingly transformed into a cottage with authentic charm. Renovated with respect for the history of the site, Les Roches combines the cachet of the past - exposed beams, original stonework - with all modern comforts, for an unforgettable family holiday.

The light-filled, cosy interior has been designed entirely with peace of mind in mind, with efficient heating for off-season stays, thick partitions for peace and privacy, and all the facilities you need to feel at home. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, full set of crockery, etc.) and opens onto a cosy living/dining area with tiled floor and underfloor heating.

Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with three single beds.

The ground floor has a shower room, WC and washbasin.

Outside, relax on the sunny terrace with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. Downstairs, you'll find a large garden and a lovely 12 x 5 metre salt-treated swimming pool with sun loungers for lazy afternoons.

A laundry room is also available for stays of more than 4 nights.
